Let's get this ball rolling....

Before we begin work on your return or engagement, we require a good faith deposit to reserve your spot and confirm your commitment. Ascendance Consulting works with a select number of clients at a time — this deposit is how we protect the quality of that work for everyone we serve.

Select your deposit:

[Standard 1040 — $500]

For individual returns without complex business activity, multiple states, or significant tax planning needs.

[Business / Complex Return — $1,000]

For returns involving business income, S-Corps, LLCs, multi-state filing, rental activity, significant life changes, or any engagement requiring tax planning and strategy.

Not sure which applies to you?

When in doubt, select the Business / Complex deposit — if it doesn't apply, we'll sort it out at your kickoff call.

[Or reach out and we'll point you in the right direction.]

Why a good faith deposit?

To provide quality services, we can only take on a limited number of clients at a time. Your good faith deposit is non-refundable and represents consideration for Ascendance Consulting accepting your engagement.

Your deposit is held and applied to your final invoice at the conclusion of your engagement. Please note that all outstanding balances must be paid in full before any return is filed or any deliverable is released. Your deposit reduces that final balance — it does not replace it.

Start With the Right Conversation.

If you’re unsure whether you need advisory support, tax preparation, or both, the best place to start is a conversation.

We’ll review your current situation, identify where support makes the most sense, and guide you toward the right next step — without pressure or confusion.

This isn’t about adding more to your plate. It’s about putting the right support in place.
